Capacitance reaches 47uF /10V for P case size
Expanding its TLJ range of capacitors, passives specialist AVX is offering a 47 micro Farad capacitor with a 10V rating in 0805 footprint and P case size.
Expanding its TLJ range of capacitors - which offers a high capacitance versus voltage ratio based on stable MnO2 electrodes - passives specialist AVX is offering a 47 micro Farad capacitor with a 10V rating in 0805 footprint and P case size.
Complying with RoHS requirements, the TLJ series is ready for 3x reflow, 260C peak temperature lead-free assembly systems, with an operating temperature range between -55deC and +125C.
The devices, manufactured from tantalum for high reliability and clear filtering, are suitable for 4.5-5.5V battery-operated handheld equipment such as mobile phones, PDAs, MP3 players, and digital cameras in highly miniaturised applications.
